This well balanced cool climate wine shows hints of green pepper and naartjies on the nose, with a touch of green apple on the palate.

Chardonnay 2008 (View details)
  An unwooded Chardonnay showing lime and grapefruit characteristics on the nose which flollows through to the palate. MCC displays pale green hay like hues with a stream of tiny strong bubbles prominent in the centre of the glass. The nose portays biscuit characteristics with hints of golden delicious apple. The apple and biscuit flavours follow through to the palate with a gentle tingling sensation in the mouth. This well balanced MCC has a good lengthy finish on the palate.

Semillon 2007 (View details)
This subtly wooded Semillon portrays a fresh crisp lime characteristic with a butterscotch finish.

Constantia White 2007 (View details)
A beautiful balance of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is well intergrated, showing citrus undertones with a soft mouth feel.

Constantia Red 2004 (View details)
This wine captures the essence of a cool climate and is an excellent example of a new world wine with well integrated fruit and wood.  Cherry berry fruit and subtle tannins give structure to this complex red wine.  Aromas of soft violets and underlying cassis follow through to the palate.
